New players are very welcome, we will make sure you play with more experienced ones, and if you want we can give some suggestions on how to improve. We were all new players once and our priority is to spread Foosball in Shanghai!
Thursday @ Skyline (Training day)
This is the day to try new things and get better. Best day to come over, improve and know us better. We are usually there from about 8:00 p.m.
Friday @ at Beaver and/or Big Bamboo Jinan (Small tournament day)
This is the bast day to have a taste of what a foosball competition is like. It’s the day we have the most players. We usually play singles at about 8:00 and doubles at about 9:30. We might switch between venues week by week, but surely we end up at the Beaver later in the night. Competition doesn’t mean at all that new players are out: not only we use an handicapped system to balance things, but many of our events ar DYP (Draw your partner), so actually it’s a lot of fun for everybody.
Saturday @ The Beaver (Fun, drinks and trash talk day)
There are no particular events planned this day, but several of us end up at the Beaver later in the night. Table is “standard” Winners Stay On (just remember to tap the table to join the queue). Could be the happy hour starting 12:00 – 2:00 (yes, a.m.), could be that few other places stay open until 5:00 a.m. and could welcome people at the end of their rough night. Given the fact that talking is not allowed during normal competitions, and given the time and condition of the players, these events might turn into fun (but respectful) trash talk, relaxed rules happenings (still, cannot spin…).

This is an absolutely open, “walk-in” event. However, if you tell us you are coming, we’ll send you our contacts and give you info.
